Aaron Dickerson — a member of our board and CEO of The DC Contractor — produces firewood and beautiful handmade wood products, including cutting boards, benches, and live edges, as part of our efforts to divert felled trees from landfills.

He offers seasoned firewood, including pine and oak, for inside and outside use. This firewood is split, prepared, and seasoned right on the farm year round, is sustainable, and we match the prices of other firewood services.

This initiative not only reduces the carbon footprint of tree removal but also sequesters carbon that would otherwise be released into the atmosphere.
